Diane Reese is the president of EDM. Diane has been a nursing home administrator since 1986, working with companies such as AlterCare and Providence Health Care/Multi-Care/Genesis. She has operational responsibility for the company’s healthcare locations, which include over 500 skilled care and residential beds and more than 600 employees.

Briarfield Manor is a licensed 116-bed skilled nursing facility with an additional 36 licensed assisted living units. The facility, located in Austintown, Ohio, provides wound care, IV therapy, medication management and much more.

Briarfield at Ashley Circle is a licensed 108-bed skilled nursing facility located in Austintown, Ohio, providing wound care, IV therapy, medication management and much more.

Briarfield Place is a licensed 58-bed skilled nursing facility located in Boardman, Ohio, providing wound care, IV therapy, pain and medication management and much more.

The Inn at Christine Valley is a 50-unit, licensed assisted living community with a dedicated memory care unit. Located in Youngstown, Ohio, The Inn offers 24-hour nursing, daily activities, fine dining, transportation and more.

The Inn at Ironwood is a 64-unit assisted living community in Canfield, Ohio. The assisted living offers 24-hour nursing, daily activities, spa and concierge services, fine dining, transportation, a theater room and an enclosed courtyard with a fireplace and putting green.

The Inn at Glenellen & The Villas at Glenellen Located in North Lima, Ohio, Glenellen is a 61-unit, licensed assisted living community with an additional 18 independent villas.

The Inn at Poland Way is a 64-unit assisted living community with an additional 25 units dedicated to memory care. Located in Poland, Ohio, the assisted living offers 24-hour nursing, daily activities, spa and concierge services, fine dining, transportation, a theater room and an enclosed courtyard with a fireplace and putting green.

The Inn at Walker Mill is a 50-unit assisted living community with an additional 16 units dedicated to memory care. Located in Boardman, Ohio, Walker Mill offers daily activities, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, transportation and more.

Vista Center (2003-2012) is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility with an additional 16 assisted living units acquired in 2003.  It is located on a 5-acre campus in Lisbon, Ohio and has a 45-member SEIU bargaining unit. The average skilled occupancy rate increased from 68% in 2003 to 91% in 2010.

Briarfield at The Ridge (2005-2012) is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility with an additional 52 assisted living units and 12 independent living apartments acquired through bankruptcy in 2005.  It is located on a 20-acre campus in Mineral Ridge, Ohio and has a 100-member SEIU bargaining unit.  EDM developed a comprehensive restructuring plan that included the remodeling of a rehab wing and therapy gym, newly renovated kitchen and common areas.  The average skilled occupancy rate increased from 41% in 2005 to 87% in 2010.

Victoria House (2005-2012) is a 72-unit, stand-alone licensed assisted living community located on a 7-acre site adjacent to Briarfield at Ashley Circle.  It opened in the fall of 2005 and reached full capacity within 2 years.  The average daily occupancy rate was 95% in 2010.

Autumn Hills Care Center (2010-2012) is a 151-bed skilled nursing facility.  It is located on a 9-acre site in Niles, Ohio.  Acquired by the present owner and added to the management group in January 2010, this facility has a stable census and a newly remodeled rehabilitation area.

Manor at Autumn Hills (2010-2012) is a 51-unit, stand-alone licensed assisted living facility located on a 7.5-acre sight adjacent to the Autumn Hills Care Center.  Acquired in 2009 and added to the management group in April 2010.

Vista Center of Boardman (2011-2012) is an 87-bed skilled nursing facility recently added to the management group in January 2011.  A partial renovation and expansion, including a new kitchen and 3,000 square foot rehab gym was completed in 2012.
