EDM provides comprehensive property management and consulting services to various affiliated clients, including the senior care properties. Accounting, marketing, procurement, facility management and construction project management are all offered as needed to clients.

The company is presently responsible for maintaining approximately 68 acres of property and more than 350,000 square feet of building space, overseeing a maintenance staff with responsibility for all physical plant upkeep and repairs.  In addition to eight healthcare clients, EDM provides services to Kenzie Ltd., an Ohio real estate holding company with various commercial properties and tenants, R&V Realty of Youngstown, LLC, an operator of apartment buildings, Creekside Fitness & Health Center, the operator of a health & wellness facility, and The Wells Building, luxury apartments in downtown Youngstown.
